WARRANTY
Dunlop Sports warrants its Tennis products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first retail sale. This warranty does not apply to wear or damage from abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect or accident, or to products which have been repaired or modified other than by Dunlop Sports. Dunlop Sports does not warrant damage to its products cause by third parties. At Dunlop Sports' option and as the buyer's sole remedy, defective products covered by this limited warranty will be either repaired or replaced at no charge to the buyer. End user customers may contact Dunlop Sports directly regarding any problems relating to warranty service. Dunlop Sports DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or the elimination of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may no apply. This warranty gives specific legal rights; these rights may vary from state to state.
DUNLOP FRAME LIMITED WARRANTY
What is Warranted: Tennis-Dunlop extends to the first retail purchaser of every Dunlop tennis frame limited warranty against defects in workmanship and material-related conditions. How Long: The warranty extends for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Frames provided as replacements under this warranty will be warranted only for the remainder of the twelve (12) month period applicable to the first frame. What Dunlop Will Do: When you have followed the procedure set out in this warranty, Dunlop will, as sole and exclusive remedy, repair, or at its opinion, replace any frame which fails this warranty.
What You Must Do: You must retain proof and date of purchase of our Dunlop frame. Your frame must be returned to the place of purchase, and must be mailed with proof of purchase to Dunlop. Prior to returning your frame you must contact Customer Service at 888-215-1530 for a Return Authorization Number.
What Is Not Covered?
- Normal wear, neglect, misuse or accidental damage
- Damage due to faulty stringing or stringing in excess of maximum recommended tension
- Frames on which repairs or modifications have been attempted by anyone other than Dunlop
- Strings or restringing of repaired or replaced frames
- Shipping costs
- Damage caused by exposure to temperature below - 160F (-107C) or above 140F (60C)
