eGift Card FAQ's

How do I redeem my gift card?

When making a purchase, select the gift card option on the checkout page under payment information.

You will then need to enter the gift card number, an option to redeem the full amount or a portion will be available.

A gift card may not be used to purchase another gift card, returned, or applied to a previous order.

Do eGift cards expire?

No, eGift cards have no expiration date.

Are there any fees associated with the use or purchase of an eGift card?

No, eGift cards do not have any fees associated with their purchase or use.

Can I use more than one eGift card at a time?

Yes.  After entering the first gift card number and applying to the order, you will then be able to add any additional eGift cards you wish to use.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

Can I redeem my gift card for cash?

eGift cards are not returnable, redeemable, or exchangeable for cash unless required by law and only to the extent required by law.

When will the eGift card be sent to the recipient?

eGift cards are delivered to the recipient within 5 minutes of their purchase.  There are some issues that may delay the delivery such as email carries and other issues.  Spam filters, email inbox full, and invalid email addresses are the most common reasons why an eGift card is not received by the recipient.  If the eGift card has not been received within 3 hours of purchase, please contact us at 800-999-6263.

What if the eGift card was delivered to the wrong email address? 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct e-mail address of the recipient.  Srixon / Cleveland Golf is not responsible for eGift cards sent to a valid, but incorrect email address.  

Can I request a replacement eGift card if mine is lost, used without permission, or stolen?

If you are unable to locate the original email that contained the eGift card number, please contact us at 800-999-6263.  We will only be able to resend the eGift card to the original recipient;s email address.  

Can I return an item that was purchased with a eGift card?

If an item that has been purchased using an eGift card is returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a new eGift card.

Can I add funds to the balance of an eGift card?

We do not offer the option to add funds to the balance of an eGift card.  If the eGift card does not cover the total cost of the purchase, you will be responsible for the difference.  If the total cost of your purchase is less than the balance of the eGft card, any unused balance will remain on your eGift card. 

What are the limitations and restrictions on eGift cards?

You are unable to use an eGift card to purchase another eGift card.  

Srixon / Cleveland Golf reserves the right to place a hold on the underlying funds of an eGift card if, in our sole discretion, fraud is suspected.  "Fraud" may include, but is not limited to, theft of a gift card, unauthorized use of an eGift card, unauthorized use of an eGift card, or an eGift card purchased using a credit or debit card followed by a cardholder-initiated request for a chargeback.  A "chargeback" is a credit to a cardholder's credit or debit account in response to a customer's claim that the debit or credit card was used to make a fraudulent purchase.

Srixon / Cleveland Golf also reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to decline to sell anyone an eGift card.

Srixon / Cleveland Golf reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to decline to redeem a gift card that has been reported to us as lost, damaged, used without permission or stolen, or that appears to us, in our sole discretion, to be counterfeit, or that we believe, in our sole discretion, was obtained by fraud.
